After 43 years in the banking industry and 22 years in real estate, Nancy is well-equipped to help you navigate all aspects of selling your home, finding your new home and financing your home.
Nancy was the recipient of the Zonta Woman of Achievement award in 2002. She has served on the Board of the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce in multiple capacities, including acting as Chairman in 2002, Vice Chairman in 1988 and Treasurer in 1992. She has also served on the Boards of the Jefferson City Breakfast Rotary Club, United Way of Central Missouri, Home Builders Association, Missouri Chamber of Commerce Leadership Alumni Board, Community Breast Cancer Project, American Cancer Society, Mid-Missouri Medical Foundation, Rape and Abuse Crisis Service, and the Boys and Girls Club. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for a variety of community organizations and is active in many others.
Nancy and Bill Gratz have been married almost 45 years. They are very proud of their three children, their spouses, and six grandchildren. They have both resided in the Jefferson City area all their lives and are proud of the education and community that Jefferson City has to offer.
