906 MONROE STREET

Do you love the character of a historic house, but long for the convenience of new construction? Then this is the home you have been waiting for! This classic 3-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath Craftsman-style house has been completely rebuilt from the studs out. Almost EVERYTHING in this house is new: electrical wiring, HVAC, plumbing, sewer, windows & doors, insulation, drywall, fixtures, kitchen cabinets & appliances. What's not new: the beautifully restored original wood floors, oak on the main level, pine on the 2nd floor. The carport with privacy slats could easily double as outdoor entertaining space. The unfinished walk-out basement has 10-foot walls & good natural light. There is a covered patio in back leading to the huge yard. Also in back is a storage space for mower and tools.
