Tract L aka Tract A will have a 60ft ingress egress and utility easement to access that ends at the existing gate near the house. This tract consists of 26.79 acres adjoining the golf course. It has access from an easement over the current drive across from the interchange of State Rd TT and State Rd AE. This tract lays relatively flat with mostly open pasture and approximately 5 acres of timber. The tract also adjoins the golf course.
